terms of service

  • PAYMENT

  • The payment method is PayPal only.

  • Commissions are paid in full upfront.

  • All prices are expressed in EURO € .

  • WORKING PROCESS

  • I, the artist, will start working on the commission after reception of the payment.

  • I will send the client a "work in progress" during the early stages and wait for confirmation before continuing and finalizing the piece. If the client does not give me a response within the next 2 days, I will consider that no modification is needed and proceed.

  • Barring unforeseen circumstances, I will deliver the final product within the next 4 weeks following the reception of the payment.

  • The final product is an image file in .png format, it will be provided to the client via email. The resolution is 300 dpi, the dimensions can vary depending on the illustration. The email will not include the artwork native files (.psd, .sai, etc.).

  • I am not responsible for printing or providing any type of hard copy of a digital art commission.

  • Within 7 days upon reception of the final product, the client is allowed to ask for one revision free of additional fees so long as I deem the modification within reason.

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • The client can cancel and get a full refund so long as I haven't started working on the commission. If I have already started, only a partial refund will be sent. It will be calculated by taking in account the amount of hours I have already put into the piece.

  • The client will get a full refund if I cancel the commission on my part.

  • No refund is provided once the final product is completed.

  • USAGE POLICY AND COPYRIGHTS

  • I retain the rights to my artworks, including the right to use them as part of my portfolio and potentially post them on social media.

  • Unless a commercial license has been explicitly agreed upon and the corresponding fee has been paid, the commissioned digital illustration is provided for the client's personal use only. Commercial use and resale are strictly prohibited without my permission. Printing for personal use is permitted.
